ASCOLA Jahrestagung 2023
ASCOLA Schweiz organisiert in Kooperation mit dem CEDIDAC und CIPCO ihre zweite Jahrestagung. Diese widmet sich aktuellen Fragen des Schweizer und Europäischen Kartellrechts . Vertreter*innen der nationalen und europäischen Wettbewerbsbehörden, Anwält*innen und Wissenschaftler*innen diskutieren Themen wie die neuen Horizontal-Leitlinien, Marktmacht in digitalen Märkten, Investitionskontrolle oder die neuen Vertikalregelungen.
