ASCOLA Annual Conference 2023
ASCOLA Swiss Chapter organises in cooperation with CEDIDAC and CIPCO its second annual conference. It is dedicated to Swiss and European Competition Law. National and international regulators as well as academics and lawyers will discuss current topics such as the new EU Horizontal Guidelines, the DMA and dominance in digital markets, multi-pronged M&A control, and the new frameworks for vertical agreements.
