ASCOLA Annual Conference 2024

ASCOLA Swiss Chapter organises in cooperation with CIPCO and CEDIDAC its third annual conference. It is dedicated to Swiss and European Competition Law. National and international regulators as well as academics and lawyers will assess major developments in CH-EU competition law. Panels include:

  • Breakfast with Competition Authorities
  • Major developments in the EU (Art. 101 and 102 TFEU, Merger Control)
  • Effects and Causality in Abuse Control
  • Structure and Control of Competition Watchdogs
